Manager Supply Chain Projects

We are currently looking for a new colleague who will identify and drive improvement of functional KPIs (e.g. product availability at the market, customer service level, cost to serve, net working capital, etc.) through projects (e.g. process optimization, digitalization, B2C network, etc.). The PMO Manager will support distribution and planning team across Czech, Slovakia and Hungary in delivery of their strategic goals.

Your main tasks will be the following:

- Lead and collaborate on complex and impactful cross-functional projects
- Drive digital transformation (e.g. replenishment, demand sensing, inventory visibility systems…)
- Prepares deployment, and utilization of the company standard for all activities
- Drive the continuous improvement (e.g. optimization of logistics flows, automation of reporting…)
- Relentlessly look for and explore any opportunities (e.g. service level provided, administrative automation, operational cost…)
- Gather and analyze data (e.g. operation costs, stock value, planning accuracy…)
- Tracks and improves reporting of KPIs

You should have/be/know:

- Strong analytical acumen; see things from the perspective
- Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail; willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Open-minded with a positive approach and good collaboration skills
- The ability to work independently and deliver on given goals
- Flexibility in a fast-changing environment
- University degree in engineering, mathematics / data analytics, business administration, economics, computer sciences
- Minimum 5 years’ experience preferably in Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Sales function
- Advanced English, native Czech/Slovak
- Desire to build career
