You will be part of building something new. Our main goal as newly created Business and Consumer Intelligence team is to create consumer centric analytical framework and closely collaborate with key business functions to drive company transformation. We don’t just provide numbers and reports but we focus on providing insights and recommendations to internal business partners. This way we actively drive change. Currently we are looking for a Digital Analyst.

Your main accountabilities:

• Develop effective digital analytics ecosystem which can effectively present digital performance and digital customer behaviors to different audiences
• Drive and offer digital data analytics (trends, reporting, evaluation of campaigns etc.)
• Drawing insights and providing proactive recommendations to digital and other commercial departments
• Design custom analytics dashboards and reports (Google Analytics, Social Listening tools, Consumer Databases etc.)
• Close collaboration with digital teams, CRM and marketing teams with goal to drive data-driven decision making
• Close collaboration with other analytics teams to leverage standardized dashboards from cluster team and insights from market teams

About your profile:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in economics, informatics or relevant experience
• Experience working with evolving digital ecosystem
• Expert knowledge of Google Analytics (development of dashboards); knowledge of BI analytic & visualization tools (Tableau, SQL) preferred
• Ability to speak and write English in a clear, concise manner to communicate with coworkers and supervisor
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strategic thinking and strong communicator
• Proven ability to impact and influence at a senior stakeholder level virtually across markets with solid networking, influencing & communication skills
